Latta Lady Vikings Softball Senior Night Held

The Latta Lady Vikings held Senior Night on Thursday, April 28, at 5:30 p.m. during the Andrews game.
Gracie Shuler is the daughter of Maxie and Stacy Shuler and Shannon and TJ Alford.
Gracie has played for the Lady Vikings for the past 3 years.
At Latta High School, Gracie is a member of the FFA and the National Honor Society.
In the fall, Gracie will attend Francis Marion University and plans to become a speech language pathologist.
Her favorite softball memory at Latta High School has been making new friends while playing and enjoying every minute of it.
As Gracie closes her Lady Viking softball career, she encourages the Lady Vikings to make sure to have confidence in yourselves, know you can do anything, practice makes perfect, and lastly, do not forget to give it your all.
Jayla Jackson is the daughter of Christy Jackson and granddaughter of Allen and Cathy Jackson.
Jayla has played for the Lady Vikings for the past 6 years.
At Latta High School, Jayla is a member of the National Honor Society.
In the fall, Jayla will continue her softball career at Newberry College, where she plans to major in nursing.
Her favorite softball memory at Latta High School was winning state in 2017 and the late-night bus rides.
As Jayla closes her Lady Viking Softball career, she encourages the Lady Vikings to keep their heads up, be encouraging, work hard, and play for one another.
