CRIME REPORT 11-15-2020

One person is dead after a shooting where multiple people were shot on Bunker Hill Road in Dillon after midnight Saturday, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office, Dillon County EM,S and Dillon Rescue were dispatched to a shooting.
The Dillon County Sheriffís Office was assisted by the Dillon and Latta Police Departments. The investigation is ongoing by the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office and the Dillon County Coroner’s Office. The death is being treated as a homicide.

On Thursday, October 22, 2020, at 7:19 p.m., The City of Dillon Police Department was dispatched to McDonald’s Restaurant in reference to a shots fired call.
This is an active investigation and details are still being gathered on exactly what happened.
Anyone with any information on what happened, or anyone that may have been in McDonald’s Parking Lot is asked to please contact law enforcement.

On Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 9:11 p.m., The City of Dillon Police Department was dispatched to a shots fired call in the 200 block of South 4th Avenue in Dillon.
Upon arrival, law enforcement found one individual who had been shot.
This case is an active investigation and details are still being gathered on exactly what happened. Anyone with any information on what happened in this event is asked to please contact law enforcement.

The victim of the shooting that occurred Thursday, October 15, 2020 in the Mt. Calvary Community of Dillon County has died, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
Becky Warriax Williamson, age 53, of Red Springs, North Carolina is now charged with murder.
Williamson is in custody at the Dillon County Detention Center and awaiting a bond hearing on the murder charge, Arnette said.
