Class of 2020 Dillon Christian School graduate, Josh Duran recently signed to play basketball at Erskine College.
Duran, a 6-foot-5-inch wing proves a strong shooter, rebounder, and defensive guard.

Coach Bo Stone says of Duran’s court ability, “Josh played in the post for us most of the season, but is a true wing player. He has a good outside shot and uses his length to finish strong around the basket. I’m glad he trusted us to help him reach his goal of becoming a college player.”
At Dillon Christian, Duran was a major component in one of the school’s most successful Varsity Boys seasons.
Duran averaged 10.7 points per game and a team-high 7.2 rebounds an outing. He hit 38 percent of his shots from 3-point range.
“I’m more of a shooter, but I can do whatever,” says Duran. “I just do whatever the coach wants me to do.”
Duran’s height and strength make him a strong threat under the basket and a force to contend with from the 3-point line.
Duran looks forward to competing on a collegiate level. “It’s more of a man’s game, but I feel like I can still make an impact,” Duran said.
