Residents Urged To Take Precautions Against Mosquitoes

In observance of National Mosquito Control Awareness Week through June 29, the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control suggests ways to help reduce the risk from the serious diseases mosquitoes can carry.

Dillon City Police Car Burned

One Dillon City Police patrol car was burned and fuel was poured on a total of nine police vehicles early Wednesday morning, according to Detective James Hayes of the City of Dillon Police Department.
