Dillon District Four Urges Students To Take Advantage Of Tdap Clinic

 
DHEC will be offering FREE Tdap shots during a special clinic on August 14, 2013 from 1:00 to 6:30 pm at the Dillon County Health Department.  Dillon School District Four urges parents to take advantage of this free clinic offered by DHEC if their rising seventh grader has not had the vaccine.

The Dillon Soil  & Water Conservation District has awarded, Ag Student at Dillon County Technology Center, and class senior, Justin Roberts, a scholarship to attend the South Carolina Districts Youth Workshop.  

District Four Teacher Of The Year Honored By The Schafer Foundation

The Schafer Foundation has honored Dillon County teachers by sponsoring District Teacher of the Year Kellyson Poe’s appearance at the South Carolina Teacher of the Year Celebration that was on May 1 in Columbia.

Talent Show Held

Stewart Heights Elementary School held its 27th annual end-of-year talent show under the direction of Brian Lodge, music teacher.  
The theme this year was “Pop Stars”.

DMS Students Headed To Washington, DC

Several Dillon Middle School seventh and eighth graders will be visiting Washington, D.C. from May 29-June 2 led by trip coordinator, James E. Moultrie, who has taken hundreds of students on the trip in his years as an educator.
