Latta High School’s Justin Stutler signed with Hutchinson Community College of Hutchinson, Kansas on Friday, February 3, at the Ellis Performing Arts Center in Latta, S.C. He will major in Physical Education.
Stutler was accompanied by family, friends, and teammates as he took the next step in his education and football career.
He thanked the coaching staff and his family and friends for their support.
He received other offers from other colleges/universities but decided to attend Hutchinson Community College.
A veteran football player of 6 years should have no problem continuing to pursue his ambition to play football at a school that produces a lot of Power Five Guns, and he believes he is one of them! As he begins his career at Huchinson, he should fit in well as he has a skill to dominate. In Latta, he played nose guard on defense. Also, while a Viking, he received many awards including All-Region and Class A Region 6 Defensive Player of the Year.
Stutler will always remember the first touchdown he scored.
When not practicing or playing football, Stutler enjoys hunting and fishing.
Stutler’s parents, Jeff and Shannon, are very proud of their son’s accomplishments. Both exclaimed “We look forward to what is to come in his life, his many successes and continued accomplishments.”
Latta Head Football Coach Brandon Iseman stated “We are extremely proud of Justin. He’s accomplished so much on and off the field. We look forward to all the great things to come.”
Latta Athletic Director Robbie Brown said “We are all proud of Justin in the game of football, but we are super proud of the man he is. Justin is hard-working and determined. We cannot wait to see what the future has in store for him.”
