COLLEGE STUDENT HONORS LISTS

CLINTON, SC (01/22/2024)– Nizeyimana Aristide of Dillon was named to the Presbyterian College Dean’s List for Fall 2023.
Aristide was among nearly 300 students named to the list.
This prestigious honor recognizes students who have achieved between a 3.3 and a 3.9-grade point average for a semester and is a testament to students’ dedication to academic excellence.

PC was founded in 1880 by the Rev. William Plumer Jacobs in the historic city of Clinton in the foothills of South Carolina. The college offers various undergraduate majors and has established three graduate programs in occupational therapy, physician assistant, and pharmacy. PC student-athletes – the Blue Hose – participate in 19 sports at the Division I level.

Morgan Rogers of Dillon has been named to the Lander University Dean’s List for the fall semester of 2023.
In order to secure a position on this esteemed list, students must exhibit outstanding academic ability maintaining a grade point average ranging from 3.5 to 3.9, while enroled as a full-time undergraduate.
Lander extends its heartfelt congratulations to Morgan and the other acomplished individuals for their outstanding scholastic accomplishments. Morgan is the daughter of Vickie Rogers.

CLINTON, SC (01/22/2024)– Logan Grice of Dillon was named to the Presbyterian College President’s List for Fall 2023.
Grice was among nearly 90 students students named to the semester’s President’s List.
To qualify, students must earn a perfect 4.0 grade point average for the semester.

CHARLESTON, SC (01/23/2024)– Jordan Coleman of Dillon, (29536) was named to the College of Charleston Fall 2023 President’s List (Highly Distinguished). Coleman is majoring in Public Health.
To qualify for the President’s List (Highly Distinguished), students must earn a GPA of 3.800 or higher and complete a minimum of 12 semester hours.

SUMTER, SC (01/22/2024)– Blake Williamson, of Rowland, was named to the CCTC Fall 2023 President’s List for Part-time Students.
Williamson was among more than 255 students named to the Fall 2023 President’s list.
The Part-Time President’s List recognizes students who were enrolled in 6-11 credit hours and achieved a 4.0 grade-point average for the term.

SPARTANBURG, SC (01/16/2024)—Josephine Miller has been named to the fall 2023 Dean’s List. Miller is from Dillon, South Carolina.
To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must be enrolled for at least 12 semester hours of graded courses and attain a semester grade point average of 3.6 or higher. Wofford College, established in 1854, is a four-year, residential liberal arts college located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. CHARLESTON, SC (01/09/2024)– Allyson Ray, of Latta, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Charleston.
Ray was among more than 370 bachelor’s degree and master’s degree candidates who participated in the ceremony.

Lander University conferred bachelor’s and master’s degrees to 270 graduates during the University’s 168th Commencement Ceremony on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. Ja’Mya Kashanna Narciso of Latta earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. The Class of 2023 includes graduates from local communities, cities and regions across South Carolina and other states across the country, as well as internationally.
