The Dillon Wildcats’ offensive tackle Josiah Thompson was chosen for the All-American Bowl. Thompson was recently named the 2023 South Carolina Mr. Football at the Touchstone Energy Cooperatives North/South All-star game. “I am thankful for the opportunity to play in the All-American Bowl. This will be the best experience for me and also my family. I am very grateful to be an All-American. It shows that I have the ability to take the talent God has gifted me as far as I can. Playing in the All-American Bowl is a step closer to becoming a greater football player and also to showcase my talent to the world with other great players around the country. I also want to thank my family and coaches who encourage me every day to be the best.
