A man has been charged in the death of Brandon Seals of the Oak Grove area, according to Sheriff Jamie Hamilton.
Jonathan Cary Vanhorn, age 29, has been charged with murder.
Sheriff Hamilton said the arrest came thanks to the assistance of multiple agencies including SLED, the Latta Police Department, and Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office.
