KEVIN LOCKLEAR, the new mayor of Sellers, took the oath of office on Tuesday, November 1st at the Sellers Town Hall. Judge Janette Dupree administered the oath. Lucas Atkinson, Mayor Pro-tem Bernice Fore, Police Chief Phil Davis, Judge Heather Evans, Judge Lewis Thomas, Judge Janette Dupree, Loretta Ellerbe, and Senator Kent Williams. Locklear is a 1999 graduate of Latta High School.
