Services for Edward “Eddy” Carmichael Bracey were held 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 18, 2021 at Little Rock Baptist Church with burial in Bethesda Southern Methodist Church Cemetery in Latta directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation was held 10:00-11:00 a.m. Monday prior to the service in Nippert Hall.
Mr. Bracey, 64, went to be with his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, October 14, 2021.
Born in Marion County, SC, June 13, 1957, he was the son of Helen Lane Wiggins and the late Marvin Carmichael Bracey.
He was a lifelong member of Little Rock Baptist Church where he was a member of the choir. He loved his Lord and was a faithful witness for him, and he also had a ministry at the Dillon County Jail.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy Cox Bracey of Dillon; mother, Helen Lane Wiggins of Hamer; daughter, Victoria Elaine Bracey of Denver, CO; son, Johnathan McBryde (Kelly) of Ash, NC; step-son, Michael Gray, Jr. of Dillon; step-daughter, Chasity Miller of Denver, CO; sister, Lisa Gray (Robert) of Hamer; and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his biological father, Kinard Owen Brogdon; and a brother, David Carroll Bracey.
