Joseph Henry “Bill” Rowell, 62, died September 28, 2021 at Prince George Healthcare Center in Georgetown, SC.
Born in Dillon, SC, May 31, 1959, he was the son of the late Leon Ernest Rowell and Eunice Ann Hargrove Rowell.
Survivors include his brothers and sisters, John Rowell of Little Rock, Mary Blackmon of Latta, Leroy Rowell of Sanford, NC, Janice Ridgeway of Sumter, Jessie Rowell of Oakland, and Alton Rowell of Latta.
Mr. Rowell was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers and sisters, Leon Rowell, Jr., Ernest Eugene Rowell, Hilda Joyce Rowell, Wanda Marie Rowell, and Mildred Maxine Rowell; his grandparents, Grandma Rowell, Daniel Frank Rowell, Blanche Ingram, W.L. “Lee” Rowell, and Mattie Hargrove.
