LATTA—After months of investigation, on October 30 at approximately 2:30 p.m., the Latta Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence on China Drive in the Town of Latta, assisted by Dillon County Sheriff’s Office and SLED.
Two occupants at the residence were arrested and taken into custody without incident. Items seized include two handguns, substances believed to be Heroin/ Fentanyl, Suboxone, Methamphetamine, Prescription Pain Medicine and Marijuana, along with paraphernalia conducive to the use and sale of narcotics.
Christopher L. Martin was charged with multiple counts of distribution of Methamphetamine and Heroin and criminal conspiracy. Jennifer R. Fink was charged with criminal conspiracy.
The parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
