On September 11, 2020, Whittaker Head Start partnered with Bartell Funeral Home to give away Wal-Mart gift cards to all four-year-olds attending the center. This event was coordinated by Family Advocate, Chevella German, Bartell Funeral Home CEO, Dr. Flossie Bartell; Transportation Specialist James Lighty; and Rosa Dixon, also a member of the Bartell staff.
