A local car dealer has been charged with several counts of breach of trust.
Brandon Antone Davis, age 30, of Davis Family Auto Sales, is charged with 12 counts of breach of trust with fraudulent intent over $10,000, and 2 counts breach of trust $2,000 to $10,000, according to the City of Dillon Police Department.
On Friday morning, a $150,000 surety bond was set on Davis, and he has since been released from the Dillon County Detention Center.
