Carl Michael Hunt, 55, died Thursday, March 23, 2017, at his residence.
Funeral services were held 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Pee Dee Chapel Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation was 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Born in Dillon County, SC, July 15, 1961, he was the son of the late Joseph S. Hunt and Flonnie Cummings Hunt. He attended Pee Dee Chapel Baptist Church.
Survivors include his son, Charles Michael Hunt; grandchildren, Samuel Chayton Hunt, Jayce Lee Allen, and Preston Jayce Blackmon; brothers and sisters, Bobby Leroy Hunt of Dillon, Edward L. Hunt (Brenda) of Latta, Joann Roberts of Florence, Billy Hunt of Oakland, JoJo Hunt (Christy) of Dillon.
Mr. Hunt was preceded in death by his daughter, Brittany Michelle Hunt, and a sister, Polly Ann Bourgoin.
