MEN’S DAY— On Sunday, March 27, Ebenezer Baptist Church held their Annual Men’s Day program. Rev. Robert Powe delivered the morning message. The captains that represented the church membership are as follows: Franklin Harley, LC Palmer, Patrick McBride, Robert McCall, John Bradley, Gary Wright, Larry Campbell, Robert D. Powe, Charles McLain, and Jerry Johnson. The top three winners were: Robert McCall – 2nd Runner Up, LC Palmer – 1st runner Up, Robert D. Powe was presented a plaque for 2016 Man of the Year. Ebenezer Male Chorus also known as the “Sons of Thunder rendered musical selections. Bro Leon Ratley, program Chairperson, Herman Legette and Tim Sloan were program committee members.
