Services for Horace Jackson will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Pyerian Baptist Church with burial in Magnolia Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mr. Jackson, 79, died Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the Commander Nursing Center in Florence.
Born in Dillon County, SC, August 22, 1935, he was the son of the late Raymond Jackson and Blanche Evans Jackson. He was a member of Pyerian Baptist Church, and was a retired Truck Driver.
Survivors include his sons, H. Dean Jackson (Karen) of Piedmont, SC, and Michael H. Jackson (Mollie) of Dillon; grandchildren, Eric Jackson (Erin), Tyler Jackson, and Billy Ray Jackson.
