Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, Clio, celebrated their Annual Men’s Day on Sunday, March 22nd at 10 a.m.
The theme for this year is “Let the Real Men Stand Up for Christ.”
The captains that represented the church membership are as follows: Franklin Harley, LC Palmer, Patrick McBride, Robert McCall, John Bradley, Gary Wright, Larry Campbell, Rev Powe-pastor, Charles McLain, and Jerry Johnson. The top three winners were: LC Palmer-2nd runner Up, Gary Wright-Men Day Captain Winner, Robert Powe, pastor, and Robert McCall-1st runner up. Gary Wright was also presented a plaque for 2015 Man of the Year.
Rev. Robert Powe, pastor of Ebenezer was the speaker for this occasion and the “Sons of Thunder rendered musical selections.
Bro. Leon Ratley was program chairperson.
