Nearly 100 Indictments Disposed Of At General Sessions Court

The Honorable Michael Nettles presided over a term of General Sessions Court last week in Dillon during which 96 indictments were moved.
Some of those pleading were Joshua Carpenter (first degree assault and battery), Marvin Tyson (breaking into motor vehicles), Donald McMillian (third degree burglary), Johnathan Lovett (first degree assault and battery), Moleke Lilley (third degree assault and battery), Matthew Scarborough (third degree burglary), Brandon Hargrove (drugs), Brian Ransom (second degree burglary), Michael Floyd (financial card fraud), Steven Elliot (second degree assault and battery), Delwynn Johnson (shoplifting), Angelina Landaverde (second degree burglary), Richard Avellino (second degree burglary), Kasey Nobles (drugs), James Sweat (two counts of second degree burglary), James Hunt (second degree burglary), Kyeshia Beards (third degree assault and battery).
The next term of court is March 2, 2015, with Judge Paul Burch presiding.
