Dillon’s Eri’Reon Hayes has been named the Region 8-2A Offensive Player of the Year.
Hayes is also a Shrine Bowl selection and was named the Class 2A Lower State Back of the Year. Hayes had over 1,242 yards receiving this season and more than 20 touchdowns
Seven other Wildcats were named All-Region, including Avery McCall, Jermaine McDaniel, Randall Davis, Trey Melton, Jamison Chapman, Johnny Allen, Adonis Sealey, and Harley Mincey.
Loris’s Jordan Hemingway was named the Region 8-2A Defensive Player of the Year.
Marion’s Janarick Reed, Tajohn Jordan, Richard Thomas, D’Ante Allen, and Marcus Bryant were also named All-Region, and Mullins’s Riyan Gore, Arthur March, Derrick Drawhorn, and Dominic Prichette.
