Mrs. Annie L. Riggs died Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at her home in Lake View, SC.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 3:00 pm at Bear Swamp Baptist Church in Lake View, directed by Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View.
Mrs. Riggs was born in Marietta NC, the daughter of the late Howard Foster and Blanche Blackmon Cook. She was a member of Bear Swamp Baptist Church.
Surviving Mrs. Riggs are her sons, Ronald Wayne Riggs (Judith), David Keith Riggs (Cynthia), Patrick Howard Riggs (Francis), Joseph Paul Riggs (Elizabeth); brothers, Jack Cook, Jim Cook, Richard Fairbanks; sisters, Esther Patterson, Hester Duncan, Lois Wallace, Pansy Bates, Cindy Messar; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Riggs was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Riggs; her brother, Dan Cook; and her sister Mary Allen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bear Swamp Baptist Church.
