Lake View’s Ashley Rogers finished third at Dunes Club and participated in the Blue Jacket Invitational at Black Bear Golf Club on Saturday.
Rogers played at Dunes Club on Tuesday, September 2, and shot a 46 to finish third overall in the individual competition.
Myrtle Beach won in team competition with a score of 200 from Jasmine Chestnut (43), Essie Ryke (50), Miranda Russell (52), and Riley Hinde (55). Aynor had a team total of 224 from Bailey Richardson (43), Rachael Wilkinson (58), Hayley Hardee (60), and Mary Kate Richardson (61).
Rogers shot an 89 at Black Bear on Saturday in the Blue Jacket Invitational.
St. James won in team competition with a total score of 335. Carolina Forest and McBee each earned team scores of 363; Fort Dorchester, 371; Hilton Head, 376; North Myrtle Beach, 402; Aynor, 403; Myrtle Beach, 409; St. James (b), 414; Socastee, 417; and Conway, 459.
The All-Tournament team included Delanie Mortier of For Dorchester with a 76; Meredith Whipper of Hilton Head with a 79; Smith Knaffle of St. James with an 80; Kelli Smith of St. James with an 81; and Madison Elliott of North Myrtle Beach with an 81.
