The 2013 City of Dillon Christmas contest winner, Marissa McGaha, received a $25 gift card and the scene will be used for the City of Dillon Christmas Card. Jonathan McKenzie was second place winner that received a $10 gift card. Marissa and Jonathan are 3rd grade students from Mrs. Rice’s class.
