A Latta girl won the chance to meet teenage heart throb, Justin Bieber, a popular singer/songwriter, prior to his concert in Columbia recently.
Savannah Britt entered a contest to attend a pre-show “Meet and Greet” with Bieber on his “Believe” tour. Contestants were asked to take a photo of their Justin Bieber collection, which was to include everything that they have that is Justin. Britt submitted the photo shown above.
Britt learned the night before the concert that she had won one of the 10 passes that were given away for the Columbia show. Her guest was her mother, Belva.
“Winning the contest means more to me than anything I’ve ever imagined,” said Britt. “When I submitted my entry into the contest I never would have guessed that a few months later I would actually be meeting Justin Bieber.”
They met the singer and had their photo taken with him prior to the concert. “Anything I put into words to describe the experience would be an understatement,” said Britt. “However, meeting Justin was a dream come true. I would have never thought that I would be fulfilling my dream of meeting Justin Bieber.”
“It is all because I never gave up on what I knew was possible and what everyone else led me to believe was the impossible,” Britt said.
