Funeral Services for Mr. Phillip McRoy, Jr. on Wednesday, July 3. 2013 at 3 p.m. at Samuel Bartell Memorial Chapel, 2511 Hwy. 9 East, Dillon, and burial will follow in Union Cemetery in Lake View. Mr. McRoy died on Thursday, June 27, 2013. Bartell Funeral Home, LLC of Dillon is in charge of these arrangements. The family is receiving friends at 1621 Spring Hill Dr., Dillon.
