Funeral service for Mr. Eddie McNeil was held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 1:00 pm at McCoy’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Little Rock. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery. Mr. McNeil died on January 29, 2013 at Providence Hospital in Washington, DC. Bartell Funeral Home, LLC of Dillon was in charge of these arrangements.
