William “Chill” Lidge of Dillon died December 2, 2012 in an automobile accident. Funeral services were held Saturday, December 8, 2012, at St. Matthew AME Church, Hamer, SC. Burial followed in Resthaven Cemetery in Floyd Dale. House of Thomas Funeral Home of Dillon was in charge.
