Oakland Full Gospel Holiness Church hosted a successful Octoberfest fair on Saturday, October 13.
Around 100 people showed up for fun, food, and fellowship.
Octoberfest included many events for children and adults alike.
The bounce house was a favorite of the younger children, while the ladies took part in the clothesline challenge.
There was also face painting, ring toss, ball toss, and a duck pond where children could win prizes.
Puppets for Christ presented a puppet show for the children. The show featured songs and skits about Moses, the Ten Commandments, and the importance of telling the truth.
For lunch, there were all kinds of food including hot dogs, barbecue pork, chicken bog, and potato salad, along with plenty of desserts. Octoberfest also featured plenty of snacks, including popcorn, snow cones, and homemade funnel cakes.
