Willie Mae Medlin Davis, 84, left this world and was ushered in through the gates of splendor on Sunday, August 12, 2012.
Born in Elgin, S.C., March 23, 1928, she was a homemaker and a member of Dillon Congregational Holiness Church.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Hayestown Cemetery. Visitation was 7-9 Monday in the funeral home.
She is survived by 3 sons, Norman (Linda) Davis, Gerald (Gail) Davis, and Jimmy (Sarah) Davis all of Dillon; grandchildren include Doris (Randy) Caulder of Irmo, Frank (Norma) Davis, Jason (Jennifer) Davis, Dwayne (April) Davis, Gary Davis, James (Crystal) Davis, and Patricia Davis all of Dillon. She leaves behind 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great- grandson and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Pearl Medlin Davis, her husband, Henry Norman Davis and her son, William Ernest Davis.
