One person is dead and two people were injured in a shooting earlier this (Monday) evening on Cardinal Drive, off Oscar Drive, in the Oakland area, Coroner Donnie Grimsley confirmed. Deputies, city police and highway patrol were on the scene. No further details were available.

Three people were shot, including a 60-year-old woman who was killed, on Monday night on Cardinal Drive (off Oscar Drive) in the Oakland area, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
Coroner Donnie Grimsley identifies the victim as Annie Manning.
The two other victims included Manning’s husband and another man.
The husband is expected to be okay, but the Herald is told that the other man was in critical condition at the time of this report.
Arnette said in addition to the Manning home, a couple of other residences were struck by bullets
Arnette said they do have a person of interest in the case who they would like to speak to in order to rule them in or rule them out as a suspect.
