The Latta Softball team fell to Chesterfield, 15-1, in the second game of their state championship series. The loss ended the Vikings’ pursuit of the state title. They finish the season as the Lower State Champions. The game marked the last game for Coach Michael Rogers, who is leaving Latta this year.
