Here is another easy one you might want to try. Jeff and Amanda adapted this from a dessert they recently tried at a party.
Caramel Apple Surprise
5 green apples (diced)
2 (eight ounce) packages 1/3 less fat cream cheese
8 oz. package Heath toffee bits
2 (16.5 oz) tubs Marzetti Fat Free caramel dip
Spread softened cream cheese in 9×13 dish. Top with diced apples. Melt caramel in microwave and spread over apples. Sprinkle with toffee bits. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
