Services for Carol Gladys Singleton will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Shiloh Chapel Full Gospel Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6-9 p.m. Friday in Cooper Funera Home.
Mrs. Singleton, 64, died Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at her residence.
Born in Dillon County, September 21, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Ruston and Eutha Turbeville Ruston. She was a Seamstress.
Survivors include her daughters, Susan Michelle Singleton of Little Rock, and Jennifer Singleton Carreras of Lumberton, NC; step-daughters, Zilphia Stevens of Friendfield, SC, and December Owens of Mullins; son-in-law, Andres Carreras Morales; brothers, Billy Harold Ruston of Latta, and Lamar Horne of Thomasville, NC; sister, Margie “Toni” Horne of Thomasville, NC; special nieces, Judy Ivey Garcia, and Brenda Ivey Bailey; grandchildren, Clifton Jacobs, Trey Jacobs, Courtney Jacobs, Justin McCall, Michael Carreras, and Nico Carreras; step-grandchildren, Daniel Floyd, Shawn Floyd, Robert Floyd, Bradley Foxworth, Danielle Foxworth, and Sabrina Foxworth.
Mrs. Singleton was preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Charles Singleton and her second husband, Donald Foxworth.
