Services for Lizzie H. Thomason will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation was held 7-9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
Mrs. Thomason, 72, died Saturday, October 8, 2011 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon.
Born in Dillon County, June 11, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Luke Hunt and Beulah Powers Hunt. Survivors include her sons, Frank Lane, Willis Hudson Lane, both of Dillon, Larry Wade Lane of High Point, NC, and Billy Joe Lane of Dillon; sisters, Estelle Future, and Rosie Hunt, both of Dillon; brothers, Fred Hunt of Dillon, and James Franklin Hunt of Loris; 7 grandchildren.
