On Saturday, December 2, sophomore Abby Smith captured the gold in the high school level at the First Annual Lake View’s Got Talent, held as the culminating event of this year’s Christmas on the Boulevard at the Lake View Community Center. Under the direction of event coordinator Mr. Starlian Lee, the talent show featured acts from both Lake View schools. Also placing on the high school level were eighth grader Charlene Bullock and senior Alexis Smith. (Contributed)
