The Dillon Wildcats picked up wins over Mullins and Aynor last week in varsity baseball action.
On Wednesday night, the Wildcats hosted Mullins for a 10-1 run-ruled victory in five innings. Ryan Rouse sealed the win with a shot to left field in the bottom of the fifth.
Omar McCollum pitched all five innings, striking out eight and walking one with no hits allowed.
At bat, Patrick Herring went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBI; Weston Bailey went 2-for-3 with a RBI; and Ryan Rouse was 1-for-1 with a RBI.
On Friday, the Wildcats traveled to Aynor for a 9-4 win over the Blue Jackets.
Weston Bailey got the win on the mound, pitching six innings for seven hits and three walks while striking out eight.
Bailey also led at the plate, going 3-for-5 with a home run and two RBI. Duncan Callahan also went 3-for-5, and Pat Herring went 3-for-5 with three RBI.
The Wildcats improved to 6-0 with the wins and 2-0 in Region 8-2A.
Dillon is scheduled to host Marion tonight at 6:30 p.m., and will be at Darlington on Wednesday and at Loris on Friday night.
