Smith, of Dillon, received his second Potentate of the Year Award from the Desert of Western Europe for the year ending 2011 at this year’s Annual Desert of Western Europe Gala Day Convocation in Germany while serving as the sitting Illustrious Potentate for Taharka Temple #207, Oasis of Kuwait, Desert of Western Europe.
