Mildred Moody Herring, 87, died Tuesday,November 18, 2014, at her residence after an illness.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Born in Dillon County, October 11, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Felton Moody and Geronnie Black Moody. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, and was the widow of the late Kever Herring.
Survivors include her son, Tommy Herring of Dillon.
She was preceded in death by her son, Robin Herring.
