Latta’s Lady Vikings continued to dominate in the regular season with a 75-15 win over Creek Bridge on Tuesday night in their Region 8-A opener.
Latta jumped out to a 24-3 lead in the first quarter and outscored the Lady Warriors 18-4, 23-4, and 11-1 in the remaining periods.
TaKeria Legette and Tianna Deberry led the Lady Vikings with 16 points each and Brittany Burgess added 14 points in the win. Jessica Evans scored 9; Mallory Townsend, 8; Maya Wright, 6; and Madelia Johnson, Kierra Johnson, and Michia Johnson added two points each.
Graves and Lakin combined to earn all 15 points for Creek Bridge.
The Lady Vikings improved to 8-1 with the win and kicked of region play with a 1-0 record.
