A former car dealer was sentenced on multiple counts of breach of trust with fraudulent intent over $10,000 by Judge Paul Burch on Wednesday.
Brandon Davis, age 31, of Davis Family Auto pled guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 10 years suspended to two years with five years probation and restitution to his victims. Judge Burch also recommended that Davis be placed on work release sooner, rather than later so that he can pay back the victims in the case.
Davis apologized and said he was deeply sorry to the people who trusted him so much.
