Burial will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Dillon, SC. Mr. Harley passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024 at MUSC Medical Center in Charleston, SC. Bartell Funeral Home, LLC of Dillon, SC is in charge of these arrangements. The family is receiving friends at 1577 Friendship Rd., Dillon, SC.
