On September 7, 2023, law enforcement with the Dillon County Sheriff’s Violent Crime Task Force received information in regards to a package being shipped to an address on Hunters Way, located in Dillon County.
Agents were advised that this package contained approx. 10 lbs. of marijuana.
Upon getting this information, law enforcement conducted an operation with the assistance of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office as well as the State Law Enforcement Division that led to a search warrant being executed on the residence where the package was delivered.
Upon execution of this search warrant law enforcement seized approximately 13 lbs. of marijuana as well as recovered a stolen 2021 Dodge Charger that was stolen from Hendrick Chevrolet out of Monroe, NC.
Gracie A. Guerrero, age 22, of Dillon was arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana. At this time, this incident and others like it will remain under investigation by the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
