Sellers man faces a weapons charge and driving under suspension charge after an incident in Newtown on February 2nd.
Nasim Rayquan Whitley (aka: Man Man) of Sellers is charged.
According to an incident report from the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to call of shots being fired in the Newtown area. The incident report indicates that someone in a vehicle shot at a home, and someone at the home shot back. This caused the vehicle to wreck when it crashed into a tree.
No one was hit by the gunfire; however, several empty shell casings were found from four different weapons at the scene.
