Services for Danny Ray Carter will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6:00-9:00 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mr. Carter, 62, died Monday, December 5, 2022 at his residence. Born in Dillon, SC, August 7, 1960, he was the son of the late Wilson Carter and Annie Bridges Carter.
Survivors include his daughter, Ashley Carter of Dillon; step-daughter, Christy Carter of Dillon; step-son, T.J. Carter of Mullins; 6 grandchildren; sisters, Judy Carter of Florence, Shirley Nichols of Kentucky, and Gladys Carter of Dillon; brother, Tony Carter of Kentucky.
Mr. Carter was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Rhonda Carter; daughter, Sheila Ann Carter; and grandson, Nathan Williams.
