Nearly 100 Indictments Moved In General Sessions Court

General Sessions Court was held in Dillon last week where nearly 100 indictments were moved.
Judge Burch accepted guilty pleas from approximately 50 defendants, including a group of defendants who had been charged in a multi-agency drug investigation.
Those defendants — Jeffrey McCollum, Garrett Bethea, Willie Barr, Marcus Davis and Alvin Nelson — all admitted their guilt and were sentenced to prison time to be followed by probation. Among others pleading guilty during the court term were: Bobby Page (aggravated breach of peace, malicious injury to property, hit and run); Dylan Keith Bracey (failure to stop, resisting arrest); Latifa Livingston (drugs); Jack Sides (arson); LD Faison (drugs, indecent exposure); Sedric Farmer (indecent exposure, drugs); Cierra Grant (failure to stop, habitual traffic offender); Sabrina Cribb (aggravated breach of peace); Shana Smiling (hit and run); Monroe McGirt (felony DUI); Gary Gray (aggravated breach of peace); John Kelly Carter (DUI, resisting arrest); William Bailey (drugs); Larry Chandler (breach of trust); Jennifer Poston (drugs); Hatari Hayes (resisting arrest); Kimberly Grimsley (drug paraphernalia); Wesley Wiggins (drugs); Skyler Rich (weapons); Craig Rogers (drugs); Richard Bethea (hit and run); Holden Caulder (habitual traffic offender, drugs); Samuel Pratt (threatening a public official); Terry Scott (aggravated breach of peace); Jimmie Leach (failure to stop); Jeremiah Drawhorn (making a bomb threat); O’Marieon Narcisco (making a bomb threat); Brian Sowells (drugs); Bobby Lee Scott (drugs); Terrell McBride (assault and battery); Shauna Fry (drugs); Heather Lee (drugs); Darren Boatwright (drugs); Kenny Jones (aggravated breach of peace); Ronnie Odom (habitual traffic offender); Lee Leonard (threatening a public official).
Dillon’s next term of General Sessions Court is scheduled for March 28.
