Graveside services for Bonnie “Pete” Glendale Cooper was held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Evergreen Perpetual Care Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home.
Pete, 70, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon.
Born in Dillon County, SC, October 17, 1950, he was the son of the late Charlie Tillman Cooper and Belle Oneda Cottingham Cooper. He was a member of Dillon Second Baptist Church, and was retired from the City of Dillon.
Survivors include his sons, Travis Cooper of Conway, SC, and Todd Cooper of Dillon; sisters, Lynniece (Michael) Goodwin of Dillon, and Marie (Bill) Franklin of Arkansas; grandchildren, Madison Cooper, Taylor Cooper, Cooper Shaw, Holden Cooper, and Kelsey Cooper; great-grandchildren, Remington Davis, and Kylie Parker.
Pete was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Faye Williamson Cooper; his son, Terry Glendale Cooper, and his brothers, Bryan Cooper, Lafon Cooper, Tillman Andre Cooper, Wendell Cooper, and Ernest Cottingham Cooper.
