Latta Police Officer was charged with DUI (driving under the influence) last week, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
Arnette said that Charity Gurley was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office.
Latta Police Chief Derrick Cartwright said Gurley has resigned from her position.
