Freedom Tour, a ministry out of central Florida, arrived in Dillon County last week with a trailer full of food and cases of water to help the local residents. Bobby Williams of Freedom Tour said God told him to come to Dillon. He reached out to Mayor Todd Davis and arrangements were made to come to Dillon.
