First Baptist Church held the Christmas Eve Candlelight Service on Sunday, December 24, at 5:00 p.m.
The Prelude to Worship was conducted by the First Baptist Church Music Ministry.
The Christmas Greetings were done by Pastor Dickie Cullum.
The congregation sang “O Come All Ye Faithful”. The Lighting of the Christ Candle was done by the Todd Davis Family.
The Song of Worship, “The Heart of Christmas”, was performed by soloist Carl Smith.
The Scripture Reading, “The Christmas Story”, Luke 2:1-20, was by Cecelia Mescia.
Creative Worship, “Noel”, was by the Student Worship Ministry. The Christmas Meditation was by Pastor Dickie Cullum.
The Message in Song, “O Holy Night”, was by the Ladies Trio.
The Lighting of the Candles was participated by all.
“Silent Night, Holy Night” and “O Come, Let Us Adore Him” was by the congregation.
The Benediction was by Pastor Dickie Cullum.
The Parting Chorus, “Joy To The World”, was sung by the congregation.
After the chorus, The Living Nativity was outside.
First Baptist Church is located at 400 North First Avenue, Dillon.
